Bus Monitor

Upstate Transit of Saratoga is currently looking to hire dependable individuals for the role of bus monitor.

Duties include:

• Assisting children on and off the vehicle
• Assisting with wheelchairs and disabled students
• Ensuring the safety of passengers and staff while on the vehicle
• Cooperating and communicating with students, parents, and school personnel as needed
• Making sure all procedures are followed appropriately
• Taking attendance of all riders

Applicant must:

• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be punctual and reliable
• Have a positive attitude
• Have high school diploma/GED
• Be 21+ years old
• Be able to pass a drug test
