Seeking experienced Hospice Liaison in Orange County.

Additionally, our Regional Marketing Director has 10+ years of marketing in the field, assists her team through all challenging situations, and provides all the necessary tools and resources to succeed with Acacia. Job Duties:

• Reports to the Director of Business Development, works closely with the Interdisciplinary Group, Intake Coordinator, operations and office staff.
• Responsible for generating referrals for hospice.
• Developing and presenting educational information.
• Meeting with community professionals to address questions.
• Prepare and conduct in-services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in home health, hospice required.
• Two year experience in health care sales and marketing.
• Competitive, Growth mindset required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation, an insured vehicle and CA Driver License.
• Must show considerable initiative, judgment and organizational skills to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative philosophies, industry, and regulations relevant to job responsibilities.

Pay structure :

• Competitive Compensation: $85,0000 - $95,000 + Bonus
