Job Description

Our client, a well-established medical center, is hiring a Medical Administrative Assistant to assist their front office! This is a contract-to-hire position that offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a niche specialty in healthcare at a clinic where patients travel from all across the globe to receive their state-of-the-art Regenerative Medicine practices!

Address: Broomfield, CO 80021 ***100% IN OFFICE***

Position: Medical Billing Specialist

Pay Rate: $18 - $23/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7AM - 5PM

Day to Day :

  • Collecting payments for procedures
  • Collecting payments for supplements in-person and online
  • Scheduling existing patients for procedures with physicians
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Scanning documents & uploading into EHR
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Educating patients on procedures
  • Invoicing

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years medical office experience
  • 3+ years customer service
  • Collections experience (self-pay & co-pays)
  • Scheduling experience
  • Orthopedics experience a huge plus!
