Now hiring for several part-time positions:

• Front Desk/Party Agent: $14.00/hourly with the opportunity to work parties and earn tips
• Attraction Agent: $14.00/hourly with an increase after completion of certification to $15.00/hourly
• Server: $15.00/hourly with participation in tip pooling (must have food and beverage experience)

Requirements for all part-time positions:

• Must be willing to obtain work card after hired
• Must have availability on Saturday and Sunday
• Must be willing to obtain health and TAM card if required for the position.

Duties include:

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Be aware of assigned positions and their surroundings at all times.
• Safety-certified on multiple attractions if applicable.
• Assist guests using attractions.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related: general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
• Resolve guest complaints and requests with the assistance of management.
• Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and management.
• Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
• Other duties as needed.

Our perfect candidate has:

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, proficient in team building, and actively and energetically commit to be part of the solution
• Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified
• Complete and pass a background check

Compensation details: 14-15 Hourly Wage
