The Product Manager at Wilo USA LLC will lead the success of products within the Building Services (HVAC – Commercial – Residential) and Fire segments, managing global P&L and driving growth strategies. This role involves working closely with Wilo SE teams worldwide, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 20 & 70 (NEC) standards. The Product Manager will build expertise within the market segment, enhance product margins through collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain teams, and systematically analyze markets to identify new applications or products. A forward-thinking approach, strong cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for this role.

Pay Range: Commensurate with experience.
Shift/hours: Normal business hours are 8 am - 5 pm
