Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Type: 100% Remote, Contract
Duration: Until the end of 2024
Location: United States (Must be a U.S. Citizen)

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote, contract role. As a key player, you'll collaborate with various teams to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform. Your role will involve understanding business needs, crafting effective solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Users: Work closely with Salesforce users to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Data Integration: Understand and manage data integrations, and assess the impact of changes across departments.
- Change Management: Guide users and business leaders through the change process in Salesforce, following established change control procedures.
- Technical Specifications: Create clear technical requirements for developers and offer insights during the development phase to address business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of implemented workflows compared to original designs.
- Training Support: Partner with internal teams to ensure new features are well-documented and incorporated into training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Deploy new Salesforce capabilities to boost productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the overall use of Salesforce across teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in documenting business processes through written documents and diagrams
- Experience designing Salesforce reports and dashboards to effectively communicate operational status and trends
- Skilled in creating comprehensive test plans with clear testing criteria
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with a background in enhancing CRM usage and functionality
- Salesforce Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
